Summer Reading

It is officially May!!! It's going to be a busy one but a very exciting one at that. On the 17th Chris and I will be celebrating our one year anniversary! Boy how time flies by! We have had an amazing journey so far as newlyweds and everything is falling into place and turning out better than I ever could have possibly imagined!

Although it's a very busy season, I have to get my summer reading in. The older I get the more I enjoy reading. I am a girly girl when it comes to my choice of books and I love to be taken away with the story line, the feeling that I am actually there experiencing the moment. Chris claims that he never sees me when I start a book, as I often bury myself in a corner to read or lay in bed as he continually yells "turn off the light and go to bed!" Not only have I enjoyed reading but I also have gotten a few of my friends into it as well. I am very tempted to start a monthly book club that us women can sit around with our choice drinks and talk about our latest adventures into the books that we read, then pass them around for others to experience. A good book should never be held hostage! So here is my reading list for the summer and my wish list for the next round of books.

After reading all of the Twilight books, I hope that this one meets my expectations

I heard this one is amazing. I love when they have multiple main characters.

This is going to be a very special and memorable weekend as we are celebrating Megan's "One Last Fling Before the Ring." There is a lot planned and we are all excited for it to be here already! Wish us luck for a smooth sailing celebration!
