This morning I woke up to run at 4:30am. Yes 4:30am! I actually feel really great about it. No I didn't actually go outside and face the cold but I did get on the treadmill and sweat by a#% off for 40 minutes. As crazy as it is I am really a morning person and feel better about working out in the morning than doing it at night. If I wait till night time there is less likely of a chance that I will do anything at all. Plus I really like my wine when I walk through the door (goal #1). I am determined to stick to my goal (#4) of getting my "pre-wedding" body back.

Since I worked out this morning I also have this strange since of calm today. This is seriously an odd feeling compared to my usual strong type A personality. Always stressed and the need to feel in control. But today I really just want to dance around doing pirouettes and saut de chats as I listen to Clint Mansell on Pandora.

Or maybe I am just delusional from the lack of sleep, lol!
Don't you just want to dance around gracefully some days too?

good for you! i got up at 6 and went running!( why do you have to get up at 4:30AM? lol!) it always makes my day start off better, no matter how hard it is to get out of bed! i run outside, but living in FL that is usually pretty easy. keep up the good work!

Morning workouts are the best! It gets you pumped and the endorphins flowing to start the day. AND jumpstarts your metabolism. Quick tip if you don't know it already-- interval training is the BEST for fat burning and metab boosting. Slow then fast-- totally worth the torture. xox Lindsey
